Answer:	It's a SDHC device, so theoretically, 32 GB is the max. However, if you can reformat the microSD card to FAT32 from exFAT, larger cards will work. I use a 512 GB card for my Audible library.

Answer:	Press and hold the back button (not left/previous). A closed padlock will appear. Press and hold again and an open padlock will appear.(This is actually an undocumented feature. I found it accidentally.)

Answer:	This isn't an answer to the question, but it's very pertinent to audio books: I was initially very frustrated because it didn't play the files of a book in the correct order. After upgrading to the latest firmware (very easy once I thought of it), files play in the correct order. Also if your using MP3 files like I do (rather than using audible), you probably want to create a top level folder named Audiobooks so the play recognizes this is a book rather than music.

Answer:	Instead of hitting pause for audiobooks, I just shut down and the location will stay. However if I pause and then shut down, the bookmark may not stay and I have to find the lost chapter. If you do a lot of switching media and go back to the chapter, I find that the location where I shut down is still there. This is something I was not able to do when I had the Creative version of this product years ago.

Answer:	I have had this for about 3 years. The battery is pretty good, though it does diminish over time, the biggest drain is BlueTooth, which will knock your battery time down by almost 50%, but since it plugs directly, just do that unless you need to use BlueTooth. My only complaint about this model is it doesn't have a "genre" playlist option like lesser models by Sandisk do. It has 3 empty playlists, but not a genre setting.

Answer:	First let me say this is the only MP3 player I found that works well with audiobooks due to its ability to fast forward and reverse without skipping full sections. I download the book to my computer, then connect the device, make a folder on the card (not the device) , then transfer it over. When you go to audiobooks on the device use the up/down arrows to scroll through folders, press the middle button to select, then do the same for the section that you want to listen to. While playing, press and HOLD the arrow buttons to go back or forward within that section. Press and release the arrows to go back or forward a full section.

Answer:	I don’t know. But I do know that this hose, though it is expensive, is the perfect match for the 7800. It’s a good length to match the power cord of the 7800.

Answer:	This is the hose that connects the sander to the vacuum, not the hose that connects the sander handle shaft to the sander head. That hose is Part #A01929. But be advised that Amazon's photo of that part is inaccurate. It shows the hose without the rubber fittings on the ends, but the part that we sell has the fittings on both ends. Answer:	Oh, boy! The 78121 is for the Porter Cable 7812 vacuum. They are very similar to the 78114 bags that are for the Porter Cable 7810 vacuum. I use both of these bags because I have both models of the old Porter Cable vacuums. These bags are similar to each other but not exactly interchangeable! For your 15.1 liters vacuum, which is roughly 4 gallons, I am guessing you are talking about the Porter Cable PCX18301-4B vacuum which uses a different bag. If my guess of your model is correct, the vacuum you have has a round drum to catch debris. The bags I use fit in a roughly rectangular debris box. I think the 4 gallon model is made by Stanley and the Stanley bags fit it: Stanley 25-1230 4-5 Gallon Disposable Filter Bag for Wet/Dry Vacuums, 3 Count can be found on Amazon. I know this is not a definitive answer, but it should get you closer--and keep you from purchasing the bags I use.

Answer:	The track selector toggle functions. nwz-w273: 1-click skips songs. Hold-click skips folders. nw-ws413: 1-click skips songs. 2-clicks skips folders. Hold-click fast-forwards or rewinds specific segments on the track. IMHO, the buttons on the 413 are much easier to use. The charger is much smaller. Fits better on me than the 273 without using the extra fit-adjusting band. And the "ambient" sound selector which allows u to hear your sorroundings is a good addition.

Answer:	It has Bluetooth, and once music is playing, you can hit the Menu button to turn on shuffle. So I do not see any issues with shuffling over bluetooth.
Question:	How can I get my music from itunes onto this device
Answer:	Yes, you can do it. I just did and I'm not that smart when it comes to computers. So first, download an "mp4 to mp3 converter, free for windows" or go to downloads.cnet.com for a free one that has been verified. I got the one called; Free M4a to MP3 Converter. Next, open iTunes music and highlight all of your music and right click, then click on download. Pay attention where it downloads it to. Mine downloaded it to my music files in my computer (DUHH) and it took me a minute to find them. Then go back into the MP4 to MP3 Converter program and select "ADD FILES" on the top LEFT corner and go find the folder or you can drag the music files into the screen. Next, at the bottom, select "SPECIFY FOLDER." I created one on my desktop to make it easier to find. Make sure the "OUTPUT FORMAT" located on the RIGHT bottom of the screen says "MP3." Now go to the top and click "CONVERT." It will take a couple of minutes but once its done, all your iTunes music will now be converted to MP3 format. To know for sure, RIGHT click on one of your songs and LEFT click on PROPERTIES. The file type or type of file should now say; MP3 file. Enjoy! Oh and screw APPLE...they suck! LOL They tried to get me to buy a new iPod and a new Apple laptop because my 2009 iPod is no longer supported by their software. :\
