Answer:	Not humps but it doesn’t have a tread. So if you don’t have anything holding it down like furniture it will slide. My large rug I have my couch and chair on so it really doesn’t move my other two rugs move out of there position when walked over there’s no tread to hold it down. Question:	How is it cleaned? What is the recommended way to clean/sanitize playmat safely without damaging mat
Answer:	I use sanitizing wipes first and then go back with lemon water mixture. I only did this, meaning wiped with lemon water afterwards because my little one was only 7 months old and has very sensitive skin. But it's very easy to clean as long as mass liquid isn't spilled. If there is spillage, you would have to take pieces apart to wipe in between. Cleaning just the surface is no hassle and simple.

Answer:	Each tile is about 12"x12". The letter F (the first one I pulled out) measures around 4.5"x8". I bought the mat months ago and used it at first, but I don't anymore. I have pets so had to put it away every night and the letters popping out made it more difficult. If I were to buy another mat, it would be one that didn't have pop out letters/numbers. But if you're in a position where you can keep it out, I'd totally recommend. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Hi! You can roll up the two cross arms into a coil shape and zip tie together. They will coilup tight enough without breaking (measured diameter with tape measure) and fit into the bottom of a 16x16x16” box. The padding should roll up pretty tight and you could even vacuum seal or zip tie it. Then stuff the rest on top. If you have any room you can cut the box down to make it shorter in height for a decrease in shipping cost. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes! The Perfect Flow DVD has two workouts on it. Yoga is one and Mobility Basics is the other. I think Mobility Basics is the perfect workout for someone who is not as flexible. It actually addresses all of the areas of the body that are tight and does certain exercises on a very basic level to help open those areas up. You will loosen up and become more flexible each time you do it. The yoga workout moves through the poses in more of a flowing movement pattern which I think you will also enjoy but recommend doing the mobility workout first!

Answer:	The description said it was which is why I bought it.
Question:	Does it have decent grip? I want to place it on a tiled floor and wanted to know if the mat itself was going to be slipping all around the floor
Answer:	I wouldn't say that it has grip but we use it on a wood floor and when it's in use and there's weight on it it doesn't slide around. It doesn't have grip like a yoga mat does.

Answer:	This is very easy to clean with a damp cloth and I’ve seen it wear well with my one year old spilling and throwing things down on it (although i don’t have an animal w paws).
