Answer:	The operating temperature is -4F-140F. I would think that you would store it within that temperature range and be fine. There is nothing in the manual regarding storage locations

Answer:	Yes. Pretty much all USB wall chargers are dual voltage (100 - 240 volts / 50 - 60 hertz), just check fine print on charger. You should just need a simple adapter for the country that you are going to. Normally the only things you need to worry about are hair dryers and curling irons. These are often single voltage 120 volts / 60 hertz (USA). You can buy travel versions with switchable voltage. You should not require a voltage converter. The DB Power 2500A has a capacity of 21,800 mAh, or (21.8 amp hours * 3.7 volts) = 80.66 watt hours / TSA limit is 100 Wh carry on only. Hope all this helps.

4. Don't connect the positive and negative polarity together when it's power on. Don't crank the engine for more than 3 seconds. Allow the jump starter to cool down for at least 30 seconds after each jump-start.

Answer:	No, the "charger" is built in you use a regular 3 pronged household cord to plug it into the wall. I use a simple orange colored extension cord and it works great.

Answer:	It doesn't come with a charging cord. You just plug an extension cord in to this. But again buyer beware, this product came defective when I bought my it. Did not work.
Question:	How long can the compressor run continuously and how long does it have to "rest" before starting the compressor again? what is the cubic feet/minute
Answer:	I'd not expect a compressor in any of these kind of packs to be able to run more than 10 minutes without another 10 minute break. I tried a compressor in a similar pack connecting it to a 11 gallon air tank, it had it up to 45 psi in 5 minutes (starting from 0). I've filled that same tank to 120 psi in under 5 minutes off a 2HP AC compressor that delivers ~3CFM at 90 psi, so I'd say these are ~1 CFM (likely less with it being so low that they don't even give the numbers). If you are thinking of running air tools (which is about the only reason to ask for CFM), you'd need to run the compressor for 10 minutes for under 30 seconds of tools use where I doubt it's worth the wait (not to mention needing a tank to build-up the air charge since there's no way the compressor alone can feed a tool directly). I don't have this exact unit to verify all such claims, but when it takes an AC motor pulling 120V 10A to drive the 3 CFM compressor, it's hard for me to believe a 12V battery supplying under 20A can deliver the same (just as those numbers show 1200 watts versus 240 watts, the air delivery must be about the same ratio).

Answer:	Possibly a bad battery. Or a drain on the batteries. My charger flashes through the charging cycles, within 24 hours per battery they go green and are charged. Unless you have a drain and it can’t fully charge it - i.e. fridge is still on. Then it would always be pulling a charge and never fully charge

Answer:	No, once you jump it you remove it from the battery. I charge it with the outlet cord. I have been able to get a few jump starts with a single charge. It is great as back up while boating and Jeeping.

Answer:	These packs will provide 12V power, but it's hard to promise you that it will always get you going. A lot will depend on things like did a light get left on for 2 hours while you went to a movie or all night long fully draining the battery? I've done a test myself with a similar pack where I disconnected my car battery (to pretend it was dead) and tried the pack alone. My 4 cylinder car did start, but cranked so slowly I didn't think it was going to as I held the key for 3 seconds. With that experience I doubt this alone could handle a truck with 2 batteries that are both fully drained and even an OEM rep from Clore suggested their next bigger unit (the JNC950). To be honest with you I'd not buy the 950 for $250 when I can get a 35 amp-hour battery like it has for $70 (which leaves me $150+ to buy jumper cables & a charger separately), but that's just me. In any case, don't get too sold on the "1700 peak amps" labels since these are not that big a battery (just as it weighs 15 lbs versus 45 lbs for a real car battery, that's the ratio of power I expect).

Answer:	I have mine stored on it's back and have experienced no issues. I have not encountered any battery leakage storing it in this position.

I recent;y bought this unit because I had purchased a JNC660B for work that performed beyond my expectations. It was used left uncharged in the heat of AZ for months and several times. Answer:	I found this on the NOCO faq page.... What types of batteries can Boost jump? All Boost models (except the GB500 Boost Max) can jump start 12V lead acid batteries only. This includes wet, gel, maintenance free, enhanced flooded battery, and absorbent glass mat batteries. The GB500 Boost Max is capable of jump starting 12V and 24V acid batteries.
Question:	Will it jumpstart an AGM Optima battery or any Deep Cycle Battery
Answer:	Yes it will start up any (vehicles) car battery. However (in error) when I received my order of the GB-40, I had only checked it; by turning it on and looking to see what the power display showed (as far as voltage lights). I should have charged it, even though it showed full charge; when I had to use it maybe a month later (as my battery in the car) had finally given up; the booster saved me but then showed low power had remained on the booster GB-40. The car's battery needed to be replaced the next day. The GB-40, saved me!

Answer:	You need to charge it for about 5 hours to fully charge it. It supports the use of a wall charger to charge, but the upper limit of the input voltage and current is 5V/3A. If the input voltage and current of the wall charger you use are lower than it, the charging speed may be slower.
