Answer:	The operating temperature is -4F-140F. I would think that you would store it within that temperature range and be fine. There is nothing in the manual regarding storage locations

You should just need a simple adapter for the country that you are going to. Normally the only things you need to worry about are hair dryers and curling irons. These are often single voltage 120 volts / 60 hertz (USA). You can buy travel versions with switchable voltage. You should not require a voltage converter. The DB Power 2500A has a capacity of 21,800 mAh, or (21.8 amp hours * 3.7 volts) = 80.66 watt hours / TSA limit is 100 Wh carry on only. Hope all this helps.

4. Don't connect the positive and negative polarity together when it's power on. Don't crank the engine for more than 3 seconds. Allow the jump starter to cool down for at least 30 seconds after each jump-start.
