I’ve bought four so far and I intend to get another soon. I use them in a very hot storage shed to bring the temperature down so the food freezers I have there will not wear out too quickly. They run all the time for nine months of the year and usually last several years. The first one I purchased was less than a hundred dollars as I recall but the price keeps going up. Still it ‘s cheaper to replace one than a freezer. It’s not much more in fact to replace it than get it serviced. I use one also in the upstairs room that houses my server, wifi router and other electronic devices and it seems to be running low on coolant and buying another one is not much more than a service call at the prices we have to pay now.

Magnetic Door Switch

- A 12VDC magnetic door switch is included for all the series listed below. Low voltage is much safer and doesn't require hard wired.

- It is very easy to install, no restriction on the types of the doors or windows. No mechanical touch for longer usage.

- It is strongly recommended for sliding or both-way swing doors and any tiny installation area.

Plunger Micro Switch with Roller

A traditional mechanical plunger micro switch with roller, model TZ-6003, is not included in any of the series. (Door switch brackets are not included, refer to User Manual in Technical Specification section for detailed installation instruction).

It has to be installed accurately for pushing the rod on the switch to trigger. It has wear and tear issue. The 110VAC high voltage directly applies on the micro switch will cause sparks internally which lower the life of usage.

Front vs Top Air Inlet

- Front Air Inlet for FM-12 & FM-15 series, the air curtain can be installed right under the ceiling.

- Top Air Inlet for FM-35 series, which requires at least 2" clearance from air curtain top to ceiling.

Answer:	It's a down draft, so its 4 sided plus the top. The bottom is open and the corner of one side is laced like shoes, only with too few holes- like 4 or 5 total.

Typically a highlighter can be a concealer, foundation or powder that is 2-3 shades lighter than your actual skin tone. These types of highlighters are used to "bake", set and brighten areas of the face you want to accentuate such as the under eye, forehead and chin. Banana powder in particular, can be used as a highlighter or all over the face as a setting powder, which is especially great for those with yellow undertones :)

2.This is my first installation experience, how can I install the item?

3.There is a gap between the body and the installation accessories after installation.

4.I found that there are missing parts in the package.

5.Can screen be adjusted when the window is opened? 

- The screen is adjustable between 22”-36” for when people open their window – Height would be fixed at height from bottom of U to top of unit. *Reference adjustable screen separately sold.  

6.The machine is not cooling or cooling slowly.

8. The air volume is not enough to feel the wind. 

- Midea U uses a silent air duct design, and the air supply distance reaches 20 feet. While increasing the air volume, the wind noise is much smaller than the ordinary window machine. 

9.Can the display light of the machine and the key “beep” sound be turned off?  

-This is a regular feature and cannot be turned off at this time. A new version of the APP is being developed, and the function of turning off the display light and key tone will be realized by then.

Question:	can I use regular tap water for this product? How many hours does it work if I fill up the tank
Answer:	Yes, nobody would be able to buy enough distilled water to run this if that were required. It uses a good bit of water..how much is dictated by how high you run it. I can easily get about 10 or 12 hours out of a full tank if run on low.
Question:	Will this unit work in southwest Florida where the humidity is high
Answer:	No!! These are completely dependent on humidity differentials. I've read tons of reviews and background. They'll work to some degree as long as the relative humidity is less than 100%, but you're probably better off with a non-evaporative cooler in Florida. They work like crazy in desert areas, but even then, they can only do a max of about 20'F difference from outside temp. They might work okay in concert with a traditional central air system, since that actually de-humidifies the inside air. But I don't know.

Q: Where are the wheels and castors that should come with this unit?

A: They are in a nested compartment with a cover you need to remove on the bottom of the unit.

Q: Why doesn’t it cool right away? I just plugged it in but it’s not cooling.

A: You need to fill the water compartment to full to allow the water pump to prime. Once that happens, it will begin to cycle the water and within 15 minutes will be cooling efficiently.

Q: Is this a portable A/C unit?

A: No, this is an Evaporative Cooler that uses water and a fan to cool the ambient air. It’s also known as a portable ‘swamp’ cooler.

Q: How many hours can this unit continuously cool after I fill the water reservoir?

A: The MC37V can cool up to 4 hours on one tank full. I usually check my unit every hour to make sure I am good. If you just want to ‘set it and forget it’, you can hook up the unit to your garden hose and the float valve will keep the unit continuously filled.
