Answer:	It would prevent someone from pushing or hauling your trailer away. I guess someone could jack up the trailer and remove the tire but this would still be attached to the tire, so to move the trailer one would have to bring another tire to mount. I'm sure there is nothing to prevent every theft, but this would be a good deterrent.

The description says radius should be less than 14 inches so you are a little over. Answer:	I use it to secure my teardrop camper trailer. It has two spikes designed to puncture a tire. Even if the tire doesn’t puncture, the arm will not let the tire rotate fully as it will not clear the wheel-well.

Answer:	The spikes should be in the grooves of the tire. I had to place an old rim between the plate and the lug nuts in order to get a tight grip to hold the plate secure in place.
