For every 10 degrees higher or lower than 70 add or subtract 1 psi. So if my car calls for 32 psi and I'm checking at 50 degrees outside air temp then I'd put them at 30 psi. After running a car on the highway (especially in the summertime) they will read quite a bit higher than cool down the longer the car sits.

They claim 1% accuracy but in my test I measured, the actual stop pressure was 8% low to the pressure set in the dial
