Answer:	It’s been an advantage for us. With a 24ft trailer, 19ft boat, 2900lbs. It’s been far easier handling the trailer to push into a tight garage opening. The single wheel originally on trailer would drag and was hard to pivot. Using a mallet to pivot the old single wheel was a pain, drag marks on drive.

Question:	What is the center to center distance of the horizontal holes on the mounting plate? I need 6" center to center or 5.5" between the inside edges of holes
Answer:	If you go on the website it gives you a template with the dimensions. As it happens, my trailer is two states away at this time and I can't measure for you.
Question:	Is this Jack assembled with the snap ring
Answer:	I suppose so......I've never had the occasion to take it apart.
Question:	How do I warranty it out after 12 months it has completely failed even after filling it with a tube of grease when brand new
