Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by "lubricant". This is just glass cleaner. Wash and dry the wind shield, then spray with the glass cleaner and wipe off with clean/dry paper towels. It does work well, leaving clean, streak free glass. Make sure the glass is cool or you will have a mess.

Answer:	If you just plug in the wire on your vehicle that typically would fit onto it, it will move properly when you hit the washer button. If the positive and negative get flipped it won't work so disregard what the directions say about the colors. It told me blue on one side yellow on the other in the reserve order of how my vehicle actually was. You could also just hook up some jump wires to a car battery and test it that way too if you want to bench test outside of the vehicle. As long as it gets power it runs.

Answer:	This item comes with a circuit board inside which will replace your old circuit board. I did not have delay on my 73 Chevelle but have added an aftermarket one that works with this unit. I would say your old circuit board if it has original delay from the factory it will not work. You could just buy the motor by itself and run the hoses to your water reservoir & mount anywhere else using the same two wires and leave your original like it is except for removing the one wire connector that runs this unit with it's own circuit board & it should work with the original wiper switch when you push the button for a squirt. I do not know what car you have or you can go to www.trico.com & look it up in their online catalog which I just did and it shows just the motor 11-513 below the wiper blades as you scroll down to the bottom. Put your car make yr etc. as they say to do and it will come up which p/n you should use. Mine just came up to be 11-515. Newer cars have the little motor next to the water reservoir sort of built in and hard to get some of them out. GM in the middle of the 80's changed to this type, my 85 Monte Carlo is electric and has the delay on the left side all controls are in the handle with turn signal. Trico also has a contact us on their site also. O'Riellys auto parts should be able to look it up also with a model & yr. Good luck.

Answer:	Not 100% sure what the question or statement is. Trico's data says 10-B is the correct rear wiper for the 2010 Suzuki SX4 - not 12-B. We strongly encourage that people DO NOT EXPERIMENT with wiper blade sizes since there's typically a reason that Trico suggests one wiper over another. Just because it may clear and not hit the edges, doesn't mean its safe for the motor, linkages, etc.

There are some non-authorized sellers selling very old 12-A's online at highly discounted prices. It is possible that that possibly the "12-A" in this customer's package was not a 12-A and was swapped out (just brain storming here). Answer:	12-a fits Mazda 3's made in Mazda's Japan factory, 12-b fits 3's made in the Mexico factory. You can find this out where your car was made by looking at the VIN (printed at the base of the windshield on the drivers side when looking from the outside, also on your registration documents). If the first two digits of the VIN are JM your car was made in Japan (you need 12-A), if the first two digits are 3M your car was made in Mexico and you need 12-b. All this according to the Trico website.
