Question:	Does the reading stay lit when removed from the valve or does it immediately shut off
Answer:	The filter is based on how many grains of solids it can filter. You have to find out how hard your water is and how much water you will use through it. This will kind of give you a rough estimate of how long the filter will last. This filter is rated at 750 grains, so do the math. With my Alex Duette 2 espresso machine making 5-6 drinks per day, I can go a year before changing the filter. But I change the filter every 6 months just because.
Question:	What kind of battery does this use and is it easily replaceable
Answer:	Remember this is a water softening filter not a particulate removal filter. Normally you put clean hard water through it and out comes softened water. You don't recirculate water through it. It is a one pass type filter. If you are softening with it and the water is coming out hard, you need to regenerate the ion exchange media by submerging in a small tub of brine water and then flush out the brine and it is ready to go.
Question:	How long do batteries last and is it easy to replace them
Answer:	I change the filter every 6 months, of course it depends on your water usage. Check on the packaging to see how many gallons the filter is good for and keep track of your water meter for a month or two to give you an idea.

Answer:	I found that removing the spring from the nozzle makes this very easy (i.e. no leakage) to use with presta valves. It also still works on Schrader valves without the spring.
Question:	How big is this? Is it small enough to fit comfortably in a seatpack on a road bike
Answer:	Don't buy a gauge that goes up to 60 if you need to measure less than 5. That's just common sense. If you need to measure 3-5 psi, buy an 8-10 psi gauge, which sounds like a specialty tool.

Answer:	I think it is +/- 3% of full scale deflection. So on a 60 PSI max Gauge it would be +/- 1.8 PSI throughout the entire scale. Besides being able to read the gauge more accurately and buy one in the range your working with like for me its regular car tires so 60 PSI is best and the dial has 1 PSI markings if you get a 120 PSI Gauge with 2 PSI markings 3% of that is now +/- 3.6 PSI which is not good for standard tire measurements which are in the 30 PSI range. Overkill is not good with gauges

Answer:	It 1/2way worked on my 2006 Toyota Corrolla. It wouldn't press the bearing out, I didn't want to put too much stress on the bolt provided, felt like it would strip or break. I was able to bang the bearing out of the housing with a 3lb sledge. I probably should have tried the wheel bearing tool once I broke the bearing loose, but I ended up just banging it out with the sledge. Used the tool to install the new bearing, worked well.

Question:	What is the maximum PSI reading provided by this gauge
Answer:	Seems like you purchased the wrong gauge for your car - this is a low pressure tire gauge meant for low pressure tires (atv, tractors, lawn mowers, etc.). You most likely need the 60 PSI gauge.

Answer:	No. The standard Schrader valve

Answer:	I would not use the gauges that I purchased on any liquid filled tire. These gauges work very good for my tires. I haven't searched for a liquid gauge, I believe that JACO might possible make one.

Answer:	actually, its a gauge that attaches to an inflater and you can read pressure as you inflate the tire.
Question:	What is the stated accuracy on these units
Answer:	Yes it should. It works on my Polaris RZR 800, setting tire pressure to 8 lb. psi. It also works on my fat tire bike for 5 to 15 psi.

Question:	Where is it made?, seems similar to Tiretek gauge, is it manufactured by the same company but branded differently
Answer:	They are essentially the same thing. A kilopascal is a metric pressure unit. 20 kilopascals equals ~ 2.9 psi. 140 kilopascals equals ~20.3 psi. They sell these internationally and perhaps some other markets don't use psi. I looked at my gage and both scales are displayed.

Question:	I noticed that the gauge is advertised "0-60", but when I looked at the face it starts at 5 pounds. am I reading ad wrong
Answer:	Yes as this is more than 50% of full scale it is very easy to read and confirm this pressure on a 0-60 psi scale. Many other gauges have a 0-100 or even 0-120 psi scale and it is more difficult to read a relatively low (37 psi) reading on those gauges.
Question:	Is this gauge calibrated to ANSI B40.1 Grade B standards
Answer:	It is aluminum & plastic with a chrome-plated finish. Thanks!
Question:	Is the gauge tested for accuracy before shipping? If so, what is its accuracy
Answer:	No. You have to push it back. It's a standard pencil style gauge. Just lower pressure
Question:	if you are reading up to 37 lbs max for a car, should i buy a 60 lbs gauge
Answer:	You need a presta to schrader adapter to attach a pump or pressure reader.
