Answer:	In short, these are 6PR "Ply Rated", NOT even 6 Ply. These are NOT radials. It took a bit of research to find confirmation, but Wanda confirmed 6PR is "Ply Rating". The radials will be noted in the size, something as (ie: 27x11/R14). Although I wish they would spell this out in the description, I am sure it is all by design in the marketing.
