Question:	Messed up putting on the two step process. How do you correct this
Answer:	Mine "looked" like it was messed up after the first part (the abrasive portion of the process). I thought it wouldn't clean up, so I used toothpaste (mild abrasive). It still didn't look good. But, I finally applied the final polishing solution and voilla! It looked awesome! I suspect although it looked bad, the second part of the process cleaned it up. Maybe, the toothpaste was unnecessary. I heard about negative results with other Toyotas, like my Tacoma, however, my issue was resolved. I hope your issue is resolved as well. If not, I'd try a different brand and re-do it.

BUT it does NOT actually condition the leather - it just sits on top of the leather for up to 2 months durability. If your leather has started to wrinkle you might want to read up on Leatherique Rejuvenator Oil but it's 3X more expensive and needs to be applied on a hot sunny day. In conclusion, Meguiars leather conditioner is fine, but like 98% of other leather conditioners it does not actually condition (ie. hydrate) the leather.

Answer:	Sometimes, depending on the make and material, when products are applied to surfaces like an instrument cluster visor or a clock visor, the product will bleed through. I has seen this in the past. For example, my friend once over sprayed black magic onto the radio and it bled through the visor. It would not come out unless replaced. Try on a small area or used visor first.

Answer:	I’m surprised nobody else has mentioned this product overspraying all over the car. I taped it off, was careful, and still had an issue. A clay bar can help to get it off but I feel like the only way to get it off will be to either wait for it to break down or polish/compound it off which is what i plan on doing. I wouldn’t redo it because it took me a good 30 minutes to remove the coating on each headlight between claying and compounding/polishing.
Question:	Does this product need to be removed from the headlight assembly before reapplying within a year
Answer:	I reapplied after 14 months, the headlights had a lot of dried Lovebug juice, it is hard as a rock, so I had to clean it. Tried a few bug & tar stains removers and they didn't do anything. Then tried Solimo 99% Isopropyl alcohol sold by Amazon and it took it off. I also notice the original coat of the Meguiars Headlight Coating had hazed a tad, which was not apparent till I fully finished the first lens and compared it to the other side which I had not done yet. The alcohol will haze the lens, but that it just because it dilutes the old headlight coating as it takes it off. You need to use a paper towel cut in 4 pieces and wet it and use one side to clean, then turn it over and use the other side and keep doing it till you are sure all the headlight coating and Lovebug juice is off. Then polish the remaining haze with a dry paper towel. At least that is what I di and it worked great and was easy work.

Answer:	Your car should be waxed twice a year, this polish is a great protection for the finish. You should wax it first to remove all the dead paint then polish.

Question:	Which meguiars pad should i use with this product on mild oxidation on gel coat. ie, dff? cutting pad? polishing pad
Answer:	First, if you have moderate oxidation you should consider a dedicated compound like our M49 Oxidation Remover rather than a cleaner/wax. After you remove the oxidation then you can follow with your wax of choice. To answer your initial question we would typically recommend using a yellow polishing polish pad or black finishing pad when applying a cleaner/wax by machine. If you choose to only use a cleaner/wax and do not precede with a compound you should use the yellow polishing pad.
Question:	Is this the same as the regular mequiars cleaner wax that sells at walmart for $6.54 or is the Flagship an improved version of the Cleaner Wax
Answer:	I'm assuming you are looking to apply this to a boat, if so, this is a far better product. It was designed for Marine use and automotive wax (Walmart one) just doesn't last as long on boats and leaves a residue which can be a pain to get off Gel Coat. But If you are going to be applying wax to your car I would go for "Meguiar's Gold Class Carnauba Plus paste wax", pretty decent product for the price.

I also use an 10" Makita rotary buffer with the polish as well as a Daul Action Cyclo Pro polisher. To answer your question yes you can use all kinds of power buffer with this product. If the gel coat is in chalk conditionI use marine based 3M rubbing compound first then follow up with Meguiars Cleaner polish and top coat with Meguiars Flagship Premium. Final application product is a professional product found on the net: Banana Magic. Good on the Casita as well as your car.

· Shake product well before use.

· Always work on a clean, cool surface and in the shade.

• o By HAND: Apply with a soft foam wax applicator to a small section (about 1-2 square foot area) with light to moderate pressure for 1-2 minutes. Wipe off before it dries with a premium microfiber towel like Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfiber Towels.
• o By DA POLISHER: Apply to a section at a time, using a Meguiar’s Soft Buff Foam Cutting Disc at about 4800-5800 OPM’s. Work product until nearly dry and wipe off excess with a premium microfiber towel. Repeat as needed working in sections.
• o By ROTARY BUFFER: Be sure you are familiar with proper use of a rotary buffer. Apply to one section at a time, using a Meguiar’s 7” Soft Buff Rotary Cutting Pad at approximately 1200-1800 RPM’s.
