Answer:	I've use my 5000 in Saltwater. To be honest last year I even submerged it while surf fishing with it, freshwater rinse after each use and stored for the winter. I figured being a very inexpensive reel, I'll just beat on it. Serviced it 2 weeks ago for schoolie fishing, opened it up, 1 tiny tiny spec of rust, on the spool shaft besides. Still had grease in it, no salt, or sand. A quick wipe down, oiled and greased and it's back in service. So I'd say for the money it will certainly work salt applications, had no problem taking down some 20lbs blues.

Answer:	It's really easy to attach the reel. There is a reel seat in the handle with a threaded collar that screws down to hold the reel securely in place. Once you have it in hand, you'll instantly see how it's done.

Answer:	Yes it is a good mobile fishing rod for lakes, creeks, or any place you see might have a bass or catfish in it. I would not use it in salt water for larger fish though. I have had no problems with it in the lakes I have fished and caught several bass, crappie, and catfish on it.

Answer:	To a point.....depending on the truck. Ours is a 2004 and they are a pain to install. You will need to do some surgery on the housing to get them to fit. Once installed, depending on the truck, you may or may not be able to reach the adjuster. They work great and are bright, but engineering needs to be more educated on certain trucks.
