Answer:	To answer your question on omega-3 forms...not sustainability....the omega-3s in krill oil are bound by phospholipids, which are thought to be somewhat better absorbed by our bodies than the triglyceride bonding in fish oils. But the thing is, the amount of omega-3 in krill oil is very minor compared to fish oils. Plus, there are solvents left over in the krill oil from extraction. Fish oil has no left over solvents. If you are looking for high amounts of omega-3, go with fish oil. If you want to pay excessive amounts of money for the same omega-3s in krill, go ahead. I choose the fish oil. :)And for sustainability, they say that krill are more sustainable than fish, but only time will tell. Again, it takes a LOT more krill to make any omega-3s in any quantity compared to fish. Personally, I think krill is turning out to be over rated. But to each his/her own.
