Answer:	You'd better charged the keyboard at first, directions came with keyboard. 1. Turned on the ON/OFF button at the top right of the keyboard and Bluetooth in your settings on the iPad. 2. Then press the “CONNECT” button for 3 seconds, then the indicator of the Bluetooth logo will flash (top right side also). 3. Search for the Bluetooth keyboard named “Bluetooth Keyboard”. 4. Click “Bluetooth Keyboard” on your ipad, password will be displayed on your tablet. 5. Enter this password on the Bluetooth keyboard and press Enter. It takes a minute to connect. End! If you are still in trouble, please contact the seller for technical support.

Answer:	To some degree - it's squish-able and shape-able so you can tilt the tablet some.

Answer:	It can hold most devices no larger than 11 inches. You may have to adjust the pillow stand shape to make it hold the tablet.
Question:	Can this be positioned to 90 degrees so it can be used as a tripod
Answer:	The beads inside are loosely filled so they conform to whatever shape you want. I tend to make a little indentation where I want the tablet and shove my iPad in. Please note that if you make the front part too narrow, the tablet can slide off if bumped. My husband and I use our pillow stands everyday.
Question:	Will this work with iphone 7 plus in vertical and horizontal positions with the power chord attached
Answer:	It’s filled with BB-size styrofoam beads. There is a visible outer zipper which leads to an inner zipper which holds the styrofoam beads. However, the inner zipper doesn’t belong to a separate bag. Therefore, you will have to put new beads in or just save the ones you remove. The cover is entirely washable.
