Answer:	Gilding wax is high intensity color beautiful for accenting on your painted pieces, since you can control the amount used it would be a beautiful addition to your black piece.
Question:	How large is the container? How many ML
Answer:	I purchased Dixie Belle Guilding Wax in Warm Gold. There is no volume amount printed on container. However, I have other products from another company approximately the same size just a bit smaller, (decor-wax) . That said, DB Guilding Wax would be approximately ~20ml. (or 0.68 fl oz.) more than likely a tad more, but not much. Hope that helps.

Question:	How durable is this using on funiture, will it need some kind of top coat for protection
Answer:	It is very durable on furniture. Just finish off your indoor projects with wax and outdoor projects with gator hyde
Question:	I have a pair of silver colored earrings, but I want to "antique" the nooks and crannies to bring out the detail. Will this work
Answer:	I don't think so. It's more a gold color. I had knobs on a dresser I wanted to antique and I used bark wax and then rubbed it off. That worked great. I hope that helped

Answer:	Although these products are made for furniture many are so versatile and artists do so many different creations with them I would say that would be worth a try since the gliding wax is so vibrant!

Question:	Do you have to apply seal over the wax
Answer:	No. You can use Gator Hide instead of wax on tops of dressers or tables or surfaces that beds protected or to protect from water, etc. but not both.
Question:	What is the difference between the colors of wax? I am looking to slightly darken a project that was chalk painted. Will a colored wax help
Answer:	Colored wax will definitely help give your piece depth and dimension! Depending on how dark or tone you’re wanting, brown or black wax will make a big difference.
Question:	how do you clean the wax from your brush
Answer:	This a personal choice. Most of us never clean the wax from the brush , I have heard of using scrubby soap to clean them.
Question:	What is Gatorhide used for
Answer:	Gatorhide is used as a final sealant over your paint. It's great for table tops or anything else that will get a lot of use. You can even use it over the Best Dang Wax as they are both water based products.

If you’re painting with a darker color, a single coat will usually do.
