Answer:	I have 4 fairly serious issues with my feet & legs nowadays. Lots of pain, especially at night. Neuropathy is one of them...horrible. I've been using this on my feet for about a year now, (as well as my knee when that starts yelping at me), and I think it does seem to help. But as for another persons' question about RLS, that I do not know. I have developed that, now, too. Old age, as Bette Davis once said, is not for sissies, indeed!!

Answer:	I would recommend that you ask this question to your doctor to make sure but as far as I am concerned, i don't tolerate Ibuprofen and i had absolutely no side effects by using this cream. Willow bark is a NATURAL kind of aspirin and here is what I found on internet, among other articles = In contrast to synthetic aspirin, willow bark does not damage the gastrointestinal mucosa. An extract dose with 240 mg salicin had no major impact on blood clotting. But again, check with your doctor first because nobody reacts the same way to pain relief creams or other pain killers.
