I previously installed non-Phillip bulb and was never happy with the brightness plus it didn't last as long as it should have before it went out. Answer:	Can't tell. It was correct fit etc but the bulb did look cheaply made. Just based on look and comparison to the one it replaced (which was sold and installed by a Mitsubishi repair facility) it does not seem like it will last long.

Answer:	Hi Coco, There were 10 in the envelope some still in original card and some loose. Then I found 4 on the ground near the mail box as I mentioned the envelope was torn so they spilled out onto the street. I did receive everything all 14 pieces and I have no issue. Answer:	Metal cleats set in a tough plastic base, secured by metal screws. They are very durable, I've used them in Nike football cleats for over a year and haven't had a single cleat break or come loose, and they seem to be lasting as long as any other brand of metal cleat I've used in the past. I decided it was the way I was working, putting a lot of twist on the joint between the needle and the cable. When I paid more attention to that the issue seemed to go away.
