Question:	The openings on my pottery soap dispensers are only 5/8". Do you think I can shave off enough of the corks for them to fit
Answer:	I measured the opening on the small end of the cork and that is 1/2 inch in diameter. So you would only have a 1/8 inch left after shaving it off. I don't think that would work.

Answer:	I think so. The corks are kind of large by the way... I had to shave them down to get the to fit into Pateon tequila bottles.
