Answer: I used the paper to make flowers and so never had them in contact with water. I did use hot glue on them and it did not appear to bleed then

Question: Will it bleed on clothes? If I use it to wrap online clothing sales
Answer: Maybe a bad roll. I cut across with small snips, don't run the scissors straight across though or it will RIP. After wrapping baskets, I trim the edges

Answer: This bag will fit a 12 inch square plate. I use 12 inch round and tape the excess underneath to make a nice fit. Your square plate should fit easily. There is so much excess on top, I trim it. It is made for a large basket, so the size is generous.
