Answer:	Hello-mar s: No brushes came with the machine, but I purchased, the Oreck Orbital Complete Clean value Kit, I think its like $139 on Amazon, but gives you two brushes-Orange, which I found too rough for most applications, but outside decks, bare concrete etc., the Black brush was perfect for carpets, epoxy floors and tile. The kit comes to clean carpet with a dry solution. I have not tried that yet, but will soon. The machine is WONDERFUL for cleaning tile and epoxy floors that have embedded dirt. I got the larger unit-heavier motor. If you don't want that entire kit, just spend the money on the black brushes. I got several of them. They do flatten or spin out, or will soon. That being said, I am still using the first one, and it still works great. Its a GREAT machine, and none like it that I have seen. It gets into corners very well. The machine is heavy, but that adds the needed weight for deep cleaning that smaller units will just lightly brush over, making them almost useless. I hope this helps!

Answer:	This grinder is highly updated from the old model the led light and able to charge it from a phone charger makes it a convenient product.

Answer:	I received mine rather quickly even though it said up to 2 weeks.

Answer:	The speed of the e-file is controlled with a knob on the base of the machine. The foot control is basically a on/off switch, even though you don’t have to use the foot control at all because there is also a on/off control on the base as well. So I guess whatever you’re comfortable with and since I figured out I didn’t need the foot control to use the machine, I haven’t used it since.

Answer:	You can buy electric buffers fairly inexpensively. Pneumatic sanders take a lot of air -- not a traditional contractor's compressor.
Question:	How long does this product last or need to be repurchased after wearing out
Answer:	It is about the size of the tank. Orbital Sanders eat air because they are constant run vs an air stapler that are not.

Question:	Is this item supposed to come with the M14 drill bit adapter? Mine doesn’t have the adapter
Answer:	It seems to be one piece, or I would have to do major surgery to remove the abrasive portion. I read on the website that they don't wear down. I think I prefer the wodrod, the sand paper is replaceable on the wodrod and it's a better grit. I do like the balm that comes with it.
Question:	Can I use the pads to clean my windowsills without damage to them
Answer:	We warranty the SandBar to be effective for one year with one person using it. The sanding element will wear down over time but the SandBar remains effective.
