Answer:	Thanks for reaching out! The flannel cover is removable and can be washing in the laundry machine. This cover protects the cotton case filled with flaxseeds from getting dirty. Answer:	I just took mine out to maximum strap length and also stretched it out. I would say 19 inches is about the absolute max, at stretched out point. I wouldn't guarantee a 22 inch extension, which seems really large.
Question:	How long doesthe strap extend
Answer:	well, it's adjustable, so hard to say, but it seems about 15" if extended all the way. I have a normal size female head, and I've got it almost doubled over. It's very comfortable, and doesn't move during the night. hope that helps.

Answer:	I don't know. I bought mine years ago. Best to ask the manufacturer. The cover is good because you can wash it as needed, whereas you should not wash the pillow. After a couple of years my pillow began to smell a bit stale, so I sprayed it with Fabreze and it smelled fresh and new again. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I have never heated it. It's very soft and a good weight, have never felt like I'd want to heat it.
Question:	Can this be heated? How long to the flax seeds last
Answer:	It may be heated but we strongly recommend testing it out slowly. Each microwave is different and could easily burn the flax inside and the fabric if set too high or for too long. Start at lowest setting for 15 seconds and go up gradually. During this process, flip the eye pillow and move flax around to distribute heat. Do a test by covering it with a cloth and place on your arm instead of more sensitive areas like your forehead. Flax seeds have a 6-12 month shelf life when used in cooking - we do not use cooking grade flax and therefore, may last longer.

Answer:	We have never tested this product in a frozen state. A container of flax seed can be stored in a freezer. However, flax seed in a natural fabric case is not recommended. The freezing and thawing process done on a regular basis may add too much moisture to the seed and create a breeding ground for mold.

Answer:	I don"t know. I am using daily golden flax seed for years. This is a very good product.
Question:	The description says 8 pounds of flaxseed meal, the photo says 8 ounces. Which is accurate
Answer:	I am not sure about that container. I purchase my flaxseed in a 96 ounce container. Judging that particular bag, my guess is it is 8 ounces.
