Answer:	The BCDJ130BL uses the folloiwng charcol filter: HPF30. You can also look for the replacement part number S97020466. They are the same item.

Answer:	There are only 4 burners. There is nothing in the middle. The two front burners are larger than normal leaving no space for a grill. I use a large cast iron pan on front large burner and it much better than dealing with those awkward centre grills which aren't large enough to be useful on a 30 inch range. Oven is great.

Open the unit by removing the two mesh filters and locate the switch in the middle of the fan unit. Remove the screw with a Phillips screwdriver.

Change Switch Position

Change the switch position to the ductless position which allows the exhaust to flow out of the front vent. Replace screw with Phillips screwdriver.

Add Charcoal Filter (Part # CFK4)

For this step, you will need Part # CFK4 Carbon Filter Kit, sold separately. Place the charcoal filter on top of the middle piece and screw into place. Replace mesh filters and your range hood is now ductless!

We probably had a couple more inches but as you trim the two chimneys, it becomes more difficult to mount. Answer:	With the 700 CFM blower you should be able to Efficiently go up to 20 feet with 6”pipe. Each 90° bend is equivalent to 5 feet of pipe length. Whatever you do it will work but it may suffer in efficiency. If you are concerned about the length of your run increase the pipe diameter to 7 inches as you exit The blower.

Question:	What is the spec for distance from stove top or counter top? Where can I see the installation manual online
Answer:	Depends primarily on heat source. Common recommendation for range hoods: Distance for high-heat gas burners at least 36" or commercial 42+." Normal gas stove-top 30" to 36." Electric/conduction produces less ambient heat, so 24" to 32." This manufacturer recommends 39" to 42", which allows for high-heat gas burners--I read that as 3" above common recommendations, so 39+" for gas w/high output burners, 33+" for older gas w/o high burners, 27"+ for electric burners. Also, add at least another 3" if you have wood enclosure around hood.
Question:	What's the main difference between this unit bv-rh-801 and the bv-rh-01? does this unit has an oil catching cup inside
Answer:	I’m not sure about other unit I get the unit I purchased well made. No oil pan but the baffel screen catches all the oil
