Answer:	I’ve had this happen too. I think it has to do with the warmth of your finger when you press it. I have had success warming up my hand and trying again. I’d suggest also rereading the manual because the panel has unusual features.

The bulb that I needed was WB36X10003 but after two Amazon sources sent the wrong sized bulbs I tried a local store on the other side of town from me. I took one of the bulbs to the store and they had the exact replacement in stock. I bought three bulbs to have spares on hand. The store is not a nationwide chain. Answer:	Probably a very long time. I've had a 3" one and a 2" one, each 'firm' for a couple of months now. Put the 2" one on top of the 3" one to replace an air mattress that went bad. So far, all is holding up well.

Answer:	Anon, as you have noted, this is a tricky subject, but an important one. We use 100% natural latex in our foam, we do not use at synthetic latex. All latex foam is vulcanized rubber. Vulcanized rubber is created by cross linking latex particles with sulfur. This is done through the addition of heat and accelerators such as Zinc Oxide. Anti-Oxidants are usually also added to preserve the quality of the latex foam. When natural latex foam is made without any added fillers, it will usually be made up of about 95% latex. The majority of the remaining 5% comes from sulfur and zinc oxide. What I am describing is the case with any 100% natural (or organic) latex foam. All true 100% natural latex with no fillers that we have tested (including our own) comes in at around 95% latex. I have not seen any latex foam measured at 98%, but to be quite honest, I'm not sure what practical difference this would really make even if it was theoretically possible. The most important thing that we can learn from the this number is whether the foam contains fillers or not. Sulfur, Zinc Oxide and Anti-oxidants are all necessary and serve very important purposes in creating high quality latex foam. I would not place any importance on the exact percentage of these compounds as different factories will all have slightly different formulas. I would not equate less of these components with higher quality foam. Fillers on the other hand serve no purpose and are simply there to make the product cheaper to produce. Fillers take away from the inherent positive properties of latex foam. Fillers essentially "water-down" the foam. I honestly would not read into any difference of say 93% and 98%. There may be reasons for this that have nothing to do with quality (I would also be pretty skeptical of any information about exact percentages as many retailers have very limited knowledge or firsthand experience with this issue). There could also simply be measurement method discrepancies. We recently tested another item selling on Amazon and found it to be about 75% latex. This is a problem as it means around 20% of the the foam is made up of fillers. I would be very concerned about this level of fillers being added to the foam and I believe this information should be disclosed to consumers so they understand exactly what they are buying.
