Answer:	Our stove cover is flexible and can be rolled up. It is meant to be used on an electric stove because it can protect the FLAT glass surface from scratches and damage. The stove cover is partially heat resistant and it is supposed to be used on a stove that is turned off and not hot. The top stove cover is very helpful in providing extra counter space and protecting your stove surface.

Answer:	It most certainly can. There is no interference. You can even take your hot cookware from the oven and place it directly onto the stove cover, which is very convenient!

Answer:	I'm sure it could be cut but I wouldn't even consider altering it unless you could rebind the cut edge. My first response is bad idea.
