Answer:	The E5 error means that the pulse is not significant enough to get a reading. Don’t be afraid to wrap the cuff on your bicep snug - like a pair of socks. It will not over tighten during its testing. You should also have the arm you’re testing resting unbent on a table/desk above your heart. Hope this helps!

Answer:	They can be due to narrower arteries at the wrist, that are also closer to the skin, than theu are in the upper arm. Best to take your wrist monitor to Dr office and take a reading to compare to theirs.

Answer:	So, do you take your monitor to Drs office to check? BP & heart rate vary as you know depending on activity. In Drs office, there's always white coat syndrome, so you may read a bit higher than at home. Wrist monitors, like mine as well, will give the Dr an estimate of your readings to make an educated decision regarding med changes if needed. I keep a log. Take my BP 3x daily w/ heart rate. Those reading caused my Dr to lower my BP meds. I've been doing great since! So don't worry about the fluctuations between your readings and the Drs. Also, check your batteries. May be getting low. Please make sure the main power switch turn on at the left body. 2. Long press ""s"" button for 3 seconds to enter time setting model, The ""Year"" flashes to indicate the adjustment , ""year""begin for 2015 , than press""M"" botton to increase the time, if you increase over the ""Year"" you need, you need to continue to increasing the endding time ""2099"", at last, press ""M"" and the time will rebegain 2015. 3.After setting ""Year"", press ""S"" to select the month, than press""M"" botton to increase month, if over, please do them like the ""Year"" process. 4. Setting the day/hours/minutes, please do them like the ""Month"" process. after setting , do not turn off the main power botton of the left body, keep it turn on , and it would auto turn off after 60s. and time would continue keep on.
