Answer:	I'm pretty sure it's just the a part of the model number.
Question:	PS4 users, while playing and chatting, are there any cables connected to/from the headset/controller? or only cables between console/transmitter
Answer:	The way it's supposed to work is, the optical cable from the PS4 out to the Turtle Beach transmitter that's paired to the headset via Blue Tooth. Once paired, the audio should come through the the headset via the transmitter. I think most people make the mistake of trying to pair the headset directly to the PS4 which will not work. Currently I have my headset working wirelessly without being jacked into the PS4 controller. How it happened, I honestly don't know because for 30 minutes I could not get it to work wirelessly that way but now it works.

Answer:	If you have an older controller WITHOUT the built-in headphone jack, it appears as though you can't...even with the headset adapter and updated firmware on the controller. However, I have an Elite Controller (which has a built-in jack) and there is a new option ("Volume") that appears so it looks as though only the modern controllers allow this. This feature appears to work with any single jack headset/mic combo...such as Sony's Gold Wireless Headset, which I use.

Question:	Will this work with a Nintendo switch
Answer:	I'm not 100% sure but I feel like we used this set with my boys chromebooks and it worked. We've had a few headsets so I cant be 100% sure that it was this set. But if your chromebooks have the 3mm, it should work. I will say that I bought 2 of these last year (September 2019), one doesn't work and the other one the sound doesn't come through the ear pieces already.

Answer:	There is a large switch on the cable that says on/off for the microphone control.
Question:	Do you need an adapter for it to work with the Xbox One
Answer:	It should as the headset plugs into the controller. I have an Xbox One X and it works great. I would imagine it will work with the new Xbox X/S as the controllers for Xbox One are compatible with the Next Gen console. Again if you plug the headset into the controller and the controller is compatible with your system then it should work fine.
