Answer:	Good Afternoon, Bill. While I have not used an NEC Model phone, the compatibility should be no issue because the line selection is not performed by the Plantronics device, but by the phone. When you answer an additional line on your phone, most plausibly, the audio uses the same port, that is, your handset port if your phone does not have an additional/separate port for a handset. Answer:	The cord from the phone to the base that your headset is attached to depends on how long of a phone cord you have. I have purchased two 6 ft phone cord and used them to give more areas that I can go to from the phone to the headset base. The only issues it that if you have multiple lines coming in you need to be close to the main phone system to access the phone lines as they ring in. Answer:	I dont know if its the "best" corded phone but I have mine hooked to a AT&T Dect 6.0. Its a corded phone and it can be expanded to 12 handsets so you still have your cordless phones for other reasons. It also has an answering machine on the corded set. I absolutely love this plantronics s12 headset. I have been using mine 40 hours a week for work for about 5 years and it still works perfectly and my customers have no problems hearing me and I have no problems hearing them. Hope this helps:)

Answer:	So from my experience Sennheiser is vastly better in quality but that goes to say that each has their own perks, with sennheiser and Plantronics you get 2 companies that have been around for a while. Sennheiser has the quality and audio and Plantronics has audio as well, not sennheiser levels but powerful none the less. the reason I picked this one tho as they are more versatile plus I enjoy use replaceable parts and options. So it really depends on what you want, I actually debated between these 2 sets but as the sennheiser ic wasn't removable the choice was easy. my bro uses a pc350SE I believe and said the RIG is actually impressive tho we agreed the sennheiser interms of game audio is better, the mic detection on both is great, and the rig lets you use a inline mic that has insane detection and quality so no boom mic needed.The mixamp is also a bonus too and is great, has 3 EQ modes and its usable with any headset. Answer:	There is a jack attached to the boom mic and also at the end of in-line mic. To me, it looks pretty specific to the Plantronics RIG however if it can be attached to other types of headphones, it should work.

Answer:	Sort of. As Garnet said, it includes two different cables, both with mics. One is the boom mic you see in the pic. The other is a little inline mic like you have on cellphone headsets. So you don't need to have the boom mic in the way. The cable is standard 3.5mm headphone jack at both ends, so you could just use ANY 3.5mm cable (without a mic) if somehow you really just don't want any sort of microphone on there.

Answer:	Usually if you have origin on your computer it updates your sims games automatically- so it should run smoothly like other expansion packs.

Answer:	This is a "game pack" which acts in the same way that an expansion pack would. You have your base game which is "The Sims 4" and then you have expansion packs, game packs, and stuff packs. These various packs will add new content to the pre-purchased base game. Expansion packs will add a large amount of new content, game packs are going to have a little less content than expansion packs, and stuff packs will yield the least amount of new content. They're all technically expansion packs, but are named differently based on the amount of new content you're getting with it. Upon purchase, it will be integrated into the base game.

It'll prompt for you to plug in. Let windows do it's generic install then click ok to try to find the headphones in the install software. Once in- little tip. Right click the speaker in software to access the real features. Terrible design but great function.

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.
