Answer:	According to the Shoei size chart 23” puts you in a Large. Go with their sizing. It is supposed to be a bit snug. You don’t want a helmet that is too big.

How to use it on PS4?

In order for you to control chat from game vol you would need to run the fiber optic cable from the receiver to your ps4/5/pc which this does not have. I would suggest the Stealth 700 if you are leaning towards the Stealth series.
