Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.

Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	Many people use the Blue Snowball to record singing and a the musical instrument they play. While I believe it is probably the best mic in this price range, don't expect a $60 mic to record as well as a $2500 professional studio mic. And remember, there are a lot of variables such as the acoustics of the room your distance from the mic, etc. So, is the microphone great for singing? Absolutely, for its price. Will it sound like an RCA 44BX studio mic? Not so much. As importantly, how well it performs is pretty subjective to your opinion. So buy on Amazon and try it. See how well you think it suits your purposes. If it doesn't suit, send it back within 30 days and move up to a more expensive mic.

Answer:	If you're using it with Windows 8, 8.1, or 10 you will need third party software to boost the input signal. Distance from mic, within a few feet, doesn't seem to have a huge effect on voice volume.

Answer:	The Snowball has three settings on it. "1" puts the mic in cardioid mode and only picks up sounds from directly in front while blocking out sounds from the sides and back. "2" is the same thing, but made for recording lous sources as it puts a -10 decibel pad to keep the mic from overloading and distorting. "3" sets the mic in omni mode, which means it picks up sounds from all directions. So to answer the question, if the fan is blowing directly at the mic, it may pick it up. I also have a fan of to my side and never had issues with it.

Answer:	Yes the EX8000 used as a wifi extender you have the option of having a guest network. You can use same SSID name as your main router or use a different SSID altogether. I did have issues with more than one extender on the same network using same SSID name as main router so I had to change one of the extenders to a different SSID.

Answer:	If you want to use this on an Xbox One wirelessly, YOU MUST GET THE XBOX ONE VERSION. According to the support documents, the Xbox One version has a tiny switch on the adapter. When you want to plug it into the Xbox, you switch it to "Xbox". Switch, PS4, etc., all work when the adapter is set to "USB". However, the Arctis 1 headsets that are not labeled Xbox do not have that switch and therefore cannot be used with the Xbox.

Answer:	Usually if you have origin on your computer it updates your sims games automatically- so it should run smoothly like other expansion packs.

Answer:	This is a "game pack" which acts in the same way that an expansion pack would. You have your base game which is "The Sims 4" and then you have expansion packs, game packs, and stuff packs. These various packs will add new content to the pre-purchased base game. Expansion packs will add a large amount of new content, game packs are going to have a little less content than expansion packs, and stuff packs will yield the least amount of new content. They're all technically expansion packs, but are named differently based on the amount of new content you're getting with it. Upon purchase, it will be integrated into the base game.
