Answer:	It responds to vibrations, so probably not for entering a room. I used mine on the hood of our vehicles (put in a baggie and just laid on the goods while they were parked in the driveway) the cat wouldn't jump up on them.

Answer:	No it is not waterproof!

Answer:	It is easy to turn on/off with switch. However, I found out from experience that it will go off when you are working at the counter. So I had to turn it off when prepping food, etc., and the cats would jump up again. I didn't (don't remember) if I left it on counters all the time (on) when I was out of kitchen or house; but my main goal was keeping them off counters so I could work, and that didn't happen. I've known friends who've used it to keep cats off specific chairs, and that worked. However, unit is sensitive to vibrations, so if I walked too close to the chair, it sometimes went off.

Answer:	Yes, the device has worked well for our home. We own 6 Tattle Tale units and we have had success for several years. Our lab will now look at the sofa or chair and if he sees the unit on the sofa, he walks away. We have used it long enough that most of the time the unit is turned off.I you have hardwood floors as we do, heavy walking will sometimes turn the unit on until the walking stops. Other than that, we have had not problems with the units.

INSTALLATION AND SETTINGS

1) Please peel off the transparent protective coating on the top of solar panel to ensure it can absorb sunlight efficiently.

2) Do not cover up the PIR sensor, choose a place where the solar panel on the top can get as long time sunshine as possible.

3) Please install the device to the direction that animals come from.

4) The installation height depends on the size of animals. The bigger of the animal’s size, the higher it should be installed. For some big size animals, we recommend you hang the device on a wall/fence.

5) Twist "Audible Alarm" knob to turn on/off alarm beeps, and adjust the volume.

6) Twist "Frequency" knob to turn on/off sound wave and LED flashing, and choose different frequency bands for different animals.

Question:	Does each portion/serving dispense 24 ml/1 cup? I feed my cat 1/4 cup per meal
Answer:	Beyond Wet Dog food is not formulated for diabetic dogs. We recommend speaking with your veterinarian to find a formula specific to your dog's nutritional needs.
Question:	How easy is this feeder to knock over or get into? My cats like to try to get into their food container and take apart their water fountain
Answer:	Be careful because the Variety Pack only gives you 6 cans ( 2 of 3 flavors) for around $10 and if you buy them separately by the case you’ll get 12 cans for between $15-17 depending on flavor selected. My suggestion is to get a Variety pack to see which flavors your dogs prefer then go for a full case because it’s cheaper on AMAZON. **NOTE: I get the Lamb with spinach flavor which is Not included in that variety pack but my dogs love it. However, it’s the most expensive, too at $21 on auto ship. This is a good food with great smell.
Question:	How easily can the bowl be removed? My cats like to mess with the bowls. I had to glue the bowl to the last Feeder I had
Answer:	If it is the food with peas and carrots in it, it is ground, if it is the food with green beans it is chunked. I feed my dogs both kinds and they love it, it smells very good when you open the can and the ingredients are quality.
Question:	Will a cat be able to shove their paw up the dispensing chute and finagle the wheel in the hopper to dispense more food
