Answer:	It just means if you put a game with the "Xbox one x enhanced" label on it into an Xbox one x, that game will run and look better on the Xbox one x than on another model of the Xbox one. Every Xbox one model can still play every Xbox one game otherwise.

The tech was impressed and surprised by the warranty and the unit was replaced with a new machine not a refurb.
