Answer:	No, the plugs are different (as someone else mentioned) and it's a bummer they changed it. The new power connection is one of those circular DC-type connections. They even included a little tag on the new cable that says they improved it to something that was multi-directional and people wouldn't have a problem plugging in in the dark. Now we have 5 leftover microUSB cables in every room from the older DXR-8 model. :/

Answer:	I don't know for sure, but I would say yes. As long as both monitors are the DXR-8 PRO. As you can connect multiple cameras to one display, i would i suppose you could connect a different camera to each display. But I would imagine its a one to one, once a camera is connected to a monitor it wouldn't be able to be paired to another

Cables within 3 feet (36 inches) of the edge of the crib should be covered. Consider which outlet to use. The outlet should be at least 36 inches (0.9 meters) away from the crib to ensure no exposed cables will be within baby's reach.

Answer:	The unit comes with 2 AC adapters with female USB ports. One is for the camera and the other is for the monitor. These are the standard ones that most cell phone chargers use. The one I have for the monitor has the following printed on it. "Input: 110-240V 50/60HZ 0.35A max" and "Output: 5V 2000mA". So depending on the European country and what the electricity supply there looks like, the answer is YES if the supply falls within the input range above, but you should confirm. Given the input range, you probably don't need to buy a separate converter/transformer to step up or down the power. It's probably better to just use the AC adapters that came with the unit.

Answer:	There is a setting for it on the monitor. It includes an option to cycle between cameras.

Answer:	Today is April 8, 2019, and we have also been waiting patiently for a second camera based on the seller's promise of Mid-March or Mid-April. To the seller, please provide an update to the timeline, or we too will soon have to consider switching to an option that allows for two or more cameras. It is a great product, but we are/were depending on a second camera functionality.

Question:	Can I hear my baby breathing
Answer:	Considering one of the most important function of a baby monitor is knowing if you baby is well. We designed 7 level sound volume so the parents can adjust the sound to high volume to hear if your baby is coughing and breathing and also can awaken heavy sleeper parents by the lound sounds. Answer:	This monitor has the best range I have experienced with monitors. I don't live in a two story house but I do have a quarter acre lot and have near full bars anywhere on my property. My house is cinder block construction and previous monitors suffered when using the monitor outside. Not this one. I have been impressed with it and the battery life so far is phenomenal with the screen staying on at all times.

Answer:	Yes! Out of the box, up to three users can stream simultaneously from anywhere in the world. With a subscription to Nanit Insights, you can have up to 10 user accounts with streaming access.
Question:	Is the floor stand adjustable in case our crib is lower or higher than normal
Answer:	The stand is not adjustable, but it is hight enough - and the video is zoomable, so it should not be a problem. I know you didn't ask for that but one issue I'd warn about - they will do a lot of efford to make you sign for their paid subscription plan, that offers some perks - but was a little unexpected for such a gadget
Question:	What is the difference between this and the non-“plus” version
Answer:	The Nanit Plus has the added feature a speaker for 2-way audio, and in the near future, we'll be adding Nature sounds to the app.

Question:	Is the distance range really close to 1,000 feet? I want to use this as a barn monitor for baby goats, and our barn is quite a ways from the house
Answer:	During lambing season, we left the "parent" portion plugged in at the barn and the baby monitor in the house. I often had to relink the devices when I went down to the barn, but then I could listen to be sure everything was fine in the house or use the walkie talkie feature to page my husband for help during late-night treks to check for lambs. I'm not great at judging distances, but our barn is probably 200'-300' away from the house and we were using it in the basement.
Question:	Is anyone using two (2) of these units successfully without problems
Answer:	Yes, we have two units and are using them because we wanted more than 2 parent monitors. You cannot link the two, but we wanted more parent units. Here is what we did. - Put both baby monitors in same room - One set of parent units will "hear" one of the baby monitors - Other set of parent units will "hear" the other baby monitor - Put the 4 parent units in the rooms we wanted them in. All 4 parent units will hear the same thing - Only drawback is that only 2 parent units can talk to each other; the other 2 parent units can talk to each other Works for what we need. Gives us 4 parent units, and we put 2 for daytime use and 2 for night time. The daytime parent units are in different rooms, which we will be in during the day. The 2 for night time are near the bed or TV room. It has been working for us.
Question:	Does the baby unit have a rechargeable battery too, or just the parent unit
Answer:	I would love for the baby unit to be battery operated but contrary to the first reply, it doesn’t have a battery mode to use without having to be plugged in, just the parent unit.
Question:	Why did you buy this product instead of a video baby monitor? Is it just price, or something else? Trying to decide for myself
Answer:	The video monitors do no filter the noise coming from the baby’s room. We have a more expensive video monitor and ended up buying this one to replace it because the sound quality on the video monitor was terrible and when it transmitted the noise machine from the nursery it was impossible to sleep through. This monitor only transmits sound above a custom level that you set, so you don’t listen to every little peep from your little one, just the distress calls.

Answer:	Hello, The screen should automatically turn into the sleep mode depending on the timer configuration that you selected (5 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes). This can be set up under Menu, and moving right or left until you see the monitor icon. Then go up to down to select the time. You can "wake up" the monitor whenever you want by pushing any button. Question:	Is there any way to extend the range on this? Some kind of signal booster maybe
Answer:	Hello Anna, No, it won't be compatible with a signal booster. The monitor and camera can reach the range of up to a1000ft when there is a clear line of sight between the units. Any obstruction between parent and baby units will reduce the range significantly. With parent and baby units indoors, the typical range is up to 165 feet. The monitor and camera work together through a radio link and such link might be affected by environmental conditions. Please move the units around the room to try to reestablish the link.
