Answer:	All rechargable batteries would prefer you run them down until they are totally dead, charge them up and then remove them from the charger as soon as they are full. If you want to maximize a rechargable battery's lifetime, this model is always best practice. However the real question is, how much more quickly will they wear out if you, say, just tend to leave them on the charger most of the time? It's sort of a statistical thing. A very few will have to be quickly replaced, a few probably it makes no measurable different. But for most, it shortens their lifetime by just a little bit, maybe 5 - 10%. There was a time that it made a bigger difference, but with modern batteries, not so much. Answer:	As long as the USB is plugged in and the controllers in place it's charging. If you unplug the USB I don't see why you couldn't leave the controllers docked. It shouldn't drain or hurt them. I just leave mine docked and charging all the time.

Question:	Can it charge the batteries separately from the controller
Answer:	It's made for Xbox One controller, but I haven't tried to fit it in my 360 controller. I would assume not.
Question:	How many batterie packs come with this
Answer:	Even the seller doesn't understand the basics of this question... These are Nimh batteries (nickel metal hydride) which are capable of developing a recharge 'memory'. When this happens the battery will not charge past the memory of previous charges. Sometimes using the device over and over you can discharge more and rejuvenate the battery so that you can achieve a more complete charge. On these controller batteries thats difficult to do.
