Answer:	No it not loud. Obviously makes a little noise but nothing nerve racking its a good proaduct :)

Answer:	It can be used with either version but at the moment the fans are backwards in their design, they literally blow air INTO the exhaust of the PS5 thus making it harder for the PS5 to cool itself. Unsure if this could be fixed by a customer by simply opening it and fliping the fans around or not but I would not use this product as is right now.
Question:	Is this a product of sony and do they recommend putting this on the ps
Answer:	It is not a Sony product and does not function due to the fans blowing in the wrong direction, this blows air INTO the exhaust therefore causing the PS5 to run hotter due to being unable to vent enough heat through the exhaust ports. It is unlikely Sony would recommend installing a device that makes the PS5 more likely to overheat.
Question:	Since the fans on this device blow air into the exhaust of a ps5 will the fans fit in the housing the correct way if a user were to flip them around
Answer:	Great question, I have no idea why the factory installed the fans to blow towards the PS5 console when the exhaust is already trying to blow the hot air out. Anyway, YES you can open up the fan (8 small screws) and flip the fans, it is that easy. The only thing you need to be careful with are the wires for the fans, make sure they are routed on the sides and try not to pinch them when you reinstall the rear cover plate. Question:	Has this been tested
Answer:	It has...unfavorably by the Youtube channel "Gamers Nexus", apparently the fans blow air INTO the EXHAUST and thus cause the console to run hotter...I've asked if the device can be taken apart, the fans flipped so they work, and still fit in the case but have yet to get an answer so I'd avoid this for now.
