Answer:	Your laptop is like mine. It has an output for sound but a different one for mic. On mine I see a green plug and a red plug. The 1st one is for the sound and the 2nd for the mic. Answer:	As far as I know the batteries are not replaceable. That said, if you can get to the batteries, you just need to find a part number on them and search for replacements. Most likely would need to send back to Sony.

Answer:	I have both and no, it is not as good. For example, if i have a fan next to me at level 3, the xm3s will eliminate the noise. With the 900ns the fan noise will go from level 3 to level 1.

About 1 year ago I bought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition with THX and returned it. The sound and the mic was horrible. The Razer Kracken 2019 uses this free software to simulate 7.1 surround https://www.razer.com/7.1-surround-sound . I should get my wife's new pair today.

Question:	Why do y9u need a dongle when it was made for ps
Answer:	Yes they work and fit fine. It comes with a cable to plug directly into the PSVR for 3D surround sound and works great. The only problem is that it seems to disable the mic. I haven't been able to figure out how to chat in parties while connected to the vr with the headset.
Question:	why does amazon let them resale same items at double the price
Answer:	Yes, it requires a dongle which is a good thing. Blu-tooth audio is pretty high loss. Not good for gaming audio at all. Plug something into your controller and listen, then use the dongle. Night and day.
Question:	Why the product being sold so high already when it is originally
Answer:	Both. A combo 3.5 mm jack is attached to the Razer Kraken. An extension splitter cable is also included, which provides full audio and mic access for platforms requiring separate audio input and mic input ports.
Question:	How much for the heaedsets
Answer:	Yes, Razer Kraken will plug into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the PS4 controller and Xbox One S controller.

Question:	Can device connect to PS4 and iphone simultaneously
Answer:	Yes just need to pair it. The new version is also PS5 compatible
Question:	Can you plug the aux to your phone while playing ps4 to, for example, talk on discord or the phone while playing
Answer:	This headset is not what you're looking for. The features on this headset only allow you to hear yourself talk and master vol. In order for you to control chat from game vol you would need to run the fiber optic cable from the receiver to your ps4/5/pc which this does not have. I would suggest the Stealth 700 if you are leaning towards the Stealth series.
