Answer:	Yes, but they are obviously small costume props. The lasso is only a few feet long and clasps together with a magnet. The bandolier is incomplete and comes attached to the corset, but can be removed.

Answer:	Standard (14 - 16) means that it will fit someone who wears that size in street wear; however, I wear a size 10 and this costume fit me. The way it is made allows it to fit a wide range of sizes of women. There is a belt that cinches it to fit. Unless you are larger than a size 16, you can make it fit. By the way, the hat is adorable - I added a large gray rose and it looks great.
