Answer:	Yes you can just make sure that in your zoom meetings that go to the audio and change the device for the output and the mic to the head phones.

Answer:	The microphone may not match your equipment, or you may have a setting problem in your equipment setup. Microphones on headsets (or in any use) must match the type of microphone equipment was designed for. The basic types are dynamic (low impedance) , piezoelectric like crystal (high impedance), and electret (very high impedance). Of these, the various microphones might have internal amplifiers requiring external power. When I tried to ask a simple basic question of what type of microphone this headset has and if it required external power, they just sent useless links. In all of those links, it never says what type of microphone is on the headset.

Answer:	If you want to use this on an Xbox One wirelessly, YOU MUST GET THE XBOX ONE VERSION. According to the support documents, the Xbox One version has a tiny switch on the adapter. When you want to plug it into the Xbox, you switch it to "Xbox". Switch, PS4, etc., all work when the adapter is set to "USB". However, the Arctis 1 headsets that are not labeled Xbox do not have that switch and therefore cannot be used with the Xbox.

Answer:	Hello. You should just be able to press the Playstation button in the Middleton your controller to connect to your PlayStation. If that doesn’t work you might have to reset it. To reset it, there is a small hole on the back, at the top, of your controller. You’ll need something small to fit in there, like a paper clip, and press down on it for 10 seconds. Make sure PlayStation is off while you’re doing this. Once you’ve re-set it try pressing the PlayStation button in the middle of the controller to turn the PlayStation back on. Steel series has a pure balanced sound signiture and it does it well. K have had a wide range of high end headphones. Low end. Pure signature, bass boosted, sculpted, so on and I very much enjoy these. I got these cause I'm tight on money rn so these are a high quality low price replacement for my Polk audio strikers zx's which lasted me years and to this day are still the nicest sounding headphones I've used. These are close behind that though and the polls were 170$ new. These are 60. It's a great deal and considering the surpioror mic quality and comfort. Yeet. About 1 year ago I bought the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition with THX and returned it. The sound and the mic was horrible. Answer:	They barely sound different. People saying it's better wired because it's analog are overlooking that the audio from games and your computer start off as digital! Unless you're listening to a record player it's already a digital signal. You can always plug the aux line from the headphones directly to the PC or other device to make use of it's own processing power. For a game you're going to get the full range of sound when wireless or wired.
Question:	How do you use this with a docked Nintendo Switch
Answer:	I currently own three pair of steel series headphones including the arctic pro with game DAC. I have owned probably 15 different sets of mid-high end headphones. The Steel series arctic pro with game DAC are louder than most Xbox/PlayStation compatible headsets. However, you will never get the full potential out of any headset without using a PC. For whatever reason, Microsoft and Sony use weak soundcards and/or intentionally dampen volume. For example, I own a $300 pair of Xbox-compatible Astro A50s that only produce maybe 20% of the volume When connected To the Xbox versus the same pair Connected to a PC using standard realtek audio drivers.

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.
