Answer:	Personally I haven’t tried it and I’m not sure if it would necessarily do the job for my hair. I have a lot of hair and I only wash it about 2-3 times a week to avoid stripping natural oils. I guess it really depends on your hair type but I’m not sure if it has the same purpose as the conditioner. I find that the oil helps my ends and keeps my hair feeling strong. I also usually apply it after I shower so I don’t know how it would react as a conditioner. Personally I wouldn’t use it as a conditioner because I could see the hair needing more than just the oil when you are washing it but if that works for you then by all means go for it! Everyones hair reacts differently so do whatever works best for you.

Three 1-gallon glass jar with pump dispensers (available on Amazon) (5-gallon heavy duty plastic buckets with a lid for storage work as well).

1. Grate the entire bar of soap into the stockpot over low heat.

2. Add 5 cups water and raise the heat to medium-high. Stir until the soap is dissolved.

3. Add the OxiClean and washing soda and mix until dissolved.

4. Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes.

5. Pour 1 quart hot water into each of the three containers.

6. Add 2 cups of the soap mixture and 30 drops of essential oil into each container. Stir, then add enough cool water to fill each container.

7. Let the mixture thicken overnight. (If using a plastic bucket, use the lid.)

8. Depending on whether you have a high-efficiency washer, use between ¼ and ½ cup per load.

Notes

Stir (if using a plastic bucket for storage) or shake (if storing in a glass bottle) before each use as the detergent may get lumpy or gelatinize.

Answer:	I have osteo arthritis and use several different heat sources to treat pain in my shoulder, knees and back. I've used the thermalon pad and the air activated throw away heat pads that have adhesive straps so I can put them on when I go to bed. I also have a hot tub which I use to use. Electric heat pads can be dangerous if one falls asleep laying on the pad. I mostly have to use these products during winter because that's when the pain is worse.

Answer:	About 10-15 minutes. You have to be careful with these though, it’s hard to get these to pop like they are supposed to. Most of the time I can hear when the pocket is popped and a small stream of liquid is released into crystal portion.

Answer:	If you keep them in the freezer until you are ready to use them, then they take the place of ice.

Answer:	I keep a stash. The first I reached for it was dated 10/19 so way over two years past when I bought it . I never have had any problem with these not working . As I wrote , I keep a bunch on hand and I never look at the expiration date.

Answer:	It will almost go around your middle. ( a 5' 1" 1X barely goes around the midsection.) You could tuck it into your jeans. You could put it on your bed and lay on it. ( Don't burn yourself in your sleep.) Or you could rig up a wide belt or towel or something. The use here at this house is mostly on lower back, but sometimes on upper back. Loves the product here!!!
Question:	I bought these today at Target for about $5. Why is it so expensive here
Answer:	Oil is my preference. It’s more concentrated. I don’t add the coconut oil to my mixture. And some do because it is too strong being concentrated for them. I often apply the Deep Blue cream on also afterwards if I’m needing to as well.

Question:	The gel pack is too big for my microwave to rotate it while heating. Can I fold it over twice
Answer:	Yes, you can go from the freezer to the microwave directly. But you need to be aware that it takes a long time to heat up because the product is cold. In addition, due to the larger product, please heat for 2-3 minutes everytime, and then knead it after the heat everytime, then heat again, so repeated until comfortable temperature. This is the best method, also more uniform heat. Special attention, when the temperature is relatively high, the time of each heat should be reduced, 30s-60s each time. Prevent local temperature is too high and damaged.
Question:	Can you go from the freezer to the microwave if frozen or do you need to wait until at room temperature
Answer:	I didn’t receive any with mine, but I ordered the 2and just assumed you only got the straps if you ordered one.

Answer:	Amanda, I don't know exactly. I do know they are the best thing since sliced bread!! My hUSB and and I each had a back pad for almost 2 years and we useD them almost daily. Mine broke when I heated it one night (never go over 2 minutes). I reordered new back AND neck pads for us. I ordered a back pad for my son-in-law. THEY ARE WONDERFUL.
