How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

 

Troubleshooting Methods:

【Sound is too small or no sound】

1. Ensure that your audio devices work properly and sound switch has been turned on.

Answer:	Since it’s been months I’ll post an update for everyone trying to get one after X-mas & New Years. So, they will be “restocking” and selling PRE-ORDERS. But they sell out in 20 min or less (at least it was that long for me). I was lucky and was awake at 3am (PST) for the pre-order sale and bought mine. I bought from SHIP & SOLD BY AMAZON, not a 3rd party, bc there’s been problems and reports of them switching out the battery for older versions. And paying $350+ ain’t worth it no matter how desperate you are. No this is NOT limited, it’s SPECIAL edition. Meaning there will be restocks in the future! If your lucky like me, my purchase was pre-ordered & expected to come next month but it got changed to this week? A welcomed surprise nonetheless. Answer:	Never really needed to clean it at all. Never put item inside case that would cause a mess. Outside case is pretty sturdy so its easy to clean
