Answer:	If the controllers are above a certain charge, the dock stops charging them. You can tell when this is the case because the light on the front changes from red to blue. I’ve been using the charger for about 8 months now and I’d recommend it.

Answer:	No. Only PS4 controllers. However, the PS Move controllers for PS3 or PS4 VR are the same, so either one of those will charge.
