Answer:	I pre-ordered mine in September. Yesterday (the 12th) it said it would be delivered by 11PM today the 13th. I thought it was an oddly late time and that it would likely change. Answer:	The Oculus Go had a third party software that streamed STEAM VR to the headset. your PC did all the heavy lifting and your headset became a display. I'm pretty sure the guys that did that will be doing it for the Quest as well. "IF" they do then a lot of the STEAM VR games should run on the Quest. The program was called ALVR and is free. Do a search in YouTube for Oculus GO ALVR and see.

I really really want this device is is awesome. If you have to move in a direction for an extended period of time I'd assume you would have to use directional game control. But the bottom line is you can move around within the environment.

Getting Started: How to set up?

To start experiencing virtual reality, you will have to download a compatible VR app. At the beginning, we will recommend you the official Google Cardboard app on the Google Play Market or Apple App Store.

When the app is first opened, it will ask you to scan the QR code to detect compatibility and calibrate the lens type to meet your smartphone. Once done, the app will divide your display into two parts. Then, put your Android smartphone or Apple iPhone in the VR Headset compartment and mount it to your face.

Most VR apps and games do not require a controller, just focus your eyes on the control element at the screen to trigger an action.
