Answer:	This can be plugged into the USB port on the back of the 360. You just need to ensure that it's plugged into the top USB port on the top back right (when you are looking at the back of the XBox). It is labeled "Aux" on the right side, next to the port.

Answer:	Could be a dead cell in the battery pack because if your remote is working fine with another pack from the same station then the battery possibly has a dead cell. That's what was wrong with mine before
