Answer:	The quality of the mic is quite good actually. I have recordings of gameplay footage with my voice and it is clear with no cracking or sound breakage whatsoever.

Answer:	I have been successfully using this for Teams and Google Hangout. Since it's wireless and driverless, it functions as any other headphones and mic would.

Answer:	http://driver.jeecoo.com is the proper software. It can be tricky to get the device to be recognized but try installing software before ever plugging in headset. It'll prompt for you to plug in. Let windows do it's generic install then click ok to try to find the headphones in the install software. Once in- little tip. Right click the speaker in software to access the real features. Terrible design but great function.
