Answer:	Change the channel. Mine did it on the lower channels. Once I changed it to upper ones it quit. There was something that was interfering with it in the church sanctuary.

Answer:	Nothing. It's all the same. I have group c and it works just fine for what I do.

Answer:	It’s so frustrating to try and do that with this mic set. In fact, this mic set is very frustrating in general. Ours tapped out after two months. You can only use this mic with the audio mode of a speaker like that. I’d look into a Bluetooth headset mic if I were you and also have two speakers. One for mic, one for music.

Answer:	I'm not sure. It depends on your computer. My computer gives me only one option at a time for audio input. If you can input two lines at once, it might work.

Answer:	no, It is 2.4GHZ digital wireless. far better than Bluetooth much better frequency response and far better distance.
Question:	What is the difference between the xpd1 and the xpd
Answer:	The XPD1 was the original version. When the XPD2 came out there was a 3.5mm jack added to the receiver. Otherwise everything is the same. They are both able to be used with the Samson Expedition series speakers. If you are looking to have some form of monitoring capabilities go with the XPD2, but if you aren't looking for monitoring the XPD1 will save you a few $$ now. If you ever want to upgrade to the XPD2 then you would just need to purchase the receiver later on.
Question:	Okay, i have this device installed on windows 7 & windows 10. how do i prevent the 1/2 second delay / lag when using microphone to computer speakers
Answer:	Your delay is being caused by the thruput on your computer. if you have software record program that allows monitoring please check it. This will allow realtime monitoring. Try different record programs that allow monitoring our system has a latency of 10 milliseconds. Audacity is free and allows monitoring

Answer:	Not sure but think just one per receiver.
Question:	Even with my reciever unrestricted I keep loosing signal. Is there anything else I can do to better my signal strength
Answer:	Try changing the Frequency and remove any other amps or electronic interference device from the receiver. If this still does not work request a replacement. Mine works perfectly even when receiver is mounted on top of a massive base amp. What distance are you from the transmitter on stage?

Answer:	Probably so...with the correct adapter to make it 110/120v.
Question:	Why is the receiver loosing reception after a few feet? Is it the antennas
Answer:	Make sure the antennas are uninstructed. You will be good to go.
