Question:	Do Jojoba beads break down at some point? If not while washing your skin, do they break down after going into the plumbing and out wherever they go
Answer:	Hello. Jojoba beads are supposed to be made of biodegradable wax, so they do break down at some point (unlike the synthetic ones that get into the environment and causes problems), therefore making them more environmentally friendly than synthetic.

Answer:	The bottle doesn't list exact numbers, but the glycolic acid is roughly in the middle of the list. Most other ingredients (there are many) are organic. My original concern (acid!) was that it would be too harsh and/or burning. However, it is NOT! It's WONDERFUL. I'd be surprised it you didn't love it.

1. Wash your face. If you have makeup, remove it.

2. Use a hot towel or a hot steamer on your face to open the pores. Do this for 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Wipe your face with a clean and dry towel.

Answer:	I currently have a Sony A6000 on mine, which is about 500grams with the kit lens and dummy battery in it. I think you would be really pushing the limit with a camera of that size but maybe someone else closer to your setup can provide a clearer answer

Answer:	It is supposed to come with the 4 anchors pictured. They’re not really useful in most circumstances, but they should’ve come in the box.
Question:	Is this product good for sensitive skin
Answer:	These are not meant to be mounted to a wall. They’re meant to be ceiling mounted, and you can use the anchors that came in the box, or you can use screws/anchors to better serve your purposes. I would just do some YouTube or other research on best ways to hang hardware from a ceiling...they probably don’t send instructions because there are SO many different circumstances that you might run into depending on the make-up of your ceiling.
