Answer:	First order these headphones not knowing much about them. After I receive them I found it I really really like them. How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Question:	Is it suitable wearing it for a long time
Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.

Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	I think this more depends on ear and head size. My ear is almost completely enclosed but my teen son's ear is larger than mine and it rests on the back part of his earlobe. It's not uncomfortable for either of us thanks to the squishy wonderful padding. My husband and I will sit and WoW for 6+ hours on the weekend, stop to eat and then raid some more. Sometimes our guild just hangs out in discord chat. This the first headset of any kind (headphone or earbud) that doesn't kill my ears before long.

Answer:	I think that when these came out, they weren't compatible, but subsequent firmware updates to the PS4 mean these work right out of the box, although you'll have to modify your audio output setting on your PS4.
Question:	Does it come with the audio Y splitter for pc
Answer:	I wear glasses, and these work, but I do notice after a while (e.g. hours) that I feel the pinch over my glasses, and it feels uncomfortable on my ear. As a fair warning, I can't imagine any headphones (except earbuds) that wouldn't have this. It is less than my other set of headphones, but does exist. I wouldn't blame the headset, but more just life with glasses.
