Question:	Does this have beam forming technology
Answer:	This device is compatible with anything that has a usb port to plug it into and an active wifi connection. It was produced in 2012 and has to be able to upload the driver to your device either through a cd ( provided) or a search engine. I'm no ps4 expert but if your game meets these requirements it should work but it's not really plug and play. It will need configuring once it is set up. I have all new equipment and still never made this work real well for me. I haven't spent much time on it though. Results are different for others depending on the device and the wifi connection. The price is right but just keep in mind that the technology is 8 years old and will require some patience to set it up

Answer:	Hi, not sure about the 360. Though not apples-to-apples, I tried this on our Xbox One S for you (unplugging the LAN and trying to get the external wifi adapter to activate rather than built-in console wifi) and the One S did not recognize the adapter at all. You may be better off buying a wifi range extender than includes a LAN port so you can connect your wifi to the extender then run the ethernet cable from the extender to your xbox 360.

Answer:	Linux drivers (tar.gz source) are provided on a disc that comes with the adapter so you may have luck. Did not work for me for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS possibly due to the documentation that comes with the driver stating the driver was only tested/confirmed working with Linux Kernel up to 4.8 and my Kernel is newer than that.

Question:	Can it be used for a home surveillance camera system
Answer:	I really don't know as of yet if this device does that or not. I run Linux (Debian 8.6, Linux Mint 18, 17.3, forget Ubuntu-I found too much spyware in that coupled with a wincrap laptop here somewhere) myself and just had not the time to mess with it on these features. It does work well on Linux under Ndiswrapper though I know I can do better with my own driver soon. Just had surgery on my eyes so give me a few weeks as they heal but you can contact me at Kstein_8551 at Yahoo.com. That is the public email address I use mostly. Another winmodem that does well with what you want is Netgear 6210 (1900-3.0usb) but you will have to download the chip source and make the driver for it. Not the netgear one. I just searched Duckduckgo for the chipset ID from lsusb command to get the chipset code. Leave a message if need some help, or wait a few weeks and I should have a nice Linux driver soon.K SteinmanP.S If your going to try under Ndiswrapper make sure you disable bcm43xx, bcm43, and ssd in etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf as they will interfere with that modem pretty bad.Like I said I haven't really put this thing through it's paces yet but is very fast and reliable and I pick up neighbors wifi over a mile away. Answer:	Not enough information. What OS are you running? Specifically, how do you know it doesn't detect adapter? Do you have another wireless adapter installed and enabled, perhaps a (built-in) adapter on the motherboard? If so, you must disable that adapter first before installing the TP-LINK Archer's driver.

Answer:	I also use Windows 10, I just used the accompanying disk and I was good to go.

Answer:	Going back to my previous comment, the TP Link WDN4800 did support Miracast. It’s a smaller card, but it’s what I’m running now.

Question:	None of my 360 controllers can connect to it. They do the spinning light syncing thing and start blinking as if connecting, but they won't connect
Answer:	This USB receiver comes with a CD instlling software, you will install the software and then syncronize with your X box controller. I used this with windows 7 and worked for me
