It is, not, a large bank where the bank makes profit and allows other bank cards or credit cards to withdraw money. You can, store, the cards for safe keeping inside it when you go to make a withdrawal and open the bank up (the pile of money sits there that you deposit...but, it's not sophisticated enough to have a machine count the money to spit out what you request for withdrawal...you have to tell the machine how much money you wish to take out...it opens and you take only the amount you entered for withdrawal and you can take more, but, the balance will be off.) So, I hope that helps. Not really for cards in the way people want to use them. Remember, think of it like it's a piggy bank. Only, it can count the money you tell it is being inserted into the bank.
