Question:	How do you program the buttons? I do not have the instructions. Why isn't this information online
Answer:	The left and right mouse buttons are the only two that are silent. The scroll button and two thumb buttons are not. The scroll button is quieter than normal, though.

Answer:	I emailed VicTsing Direct about the issue because I started having this problem just weeks after the last day I could return the mouse and this was their response. Here are some trouble shootings for your issue. 1. Please makes ure the battery still have power. 2. Please make sure that the distance between your mouse and the USB receiver is as close as possible. 3. Please adjust the CPI to a higher level by pressing the CPI button 4. Please press the scroll and the right button to match the code again. 5 .Please also try to reset the control panel of the mouse cursor to check whether it is the problem of your computer by the following access. Firstly Access the Control Panel for your computer-All Control Panel Items-Mouse-then select "cursor item " from the Dialog-finally select the the speed of the cursor to be faster as you want. If it is still helpless, please contact us. I am still testing out these possible troubleshooting options and I will update later on if it actually works for me. I also want to add that, before I emailed the company about the issue, I did try replacing the battery (it made no difference) and my mouse has always been within 12-14 inches of the USB because my work computer sits on top of my desk.

Answer:	Are you letting it fully charge? The paperwork for it states the first charge can take two hours or more. If it still isn't working and it's a new purchase, I'd contact the seller due a replacement.

Question:	How do you guys store this mouse in like a backpack or the similar, since there's no off button
Answer:	I’ve owned this mouse before and if nothing’s changed it will turn off and stay off if it doesn’t receive a signal from the receiver. So if you sleep your computer and press the mouse button, it turns off because there’s no reply. It won’t turn back on until it gets a signal from the receiver again.
Question:	is the mouse wheel smooth or does it click
Answer:	I just started using mine today, the mouse wheel has soft clicks (you feel it), and sometimes you will hear it if you scroll fast. I would NOT want this for gaming but for casual or office use its seems nice, my only complaint is the L/R keys are a bit louder than I like, and might disturb others if your doing a lot of clicking.
Question:	it doesn't have an on/off switch
Answer:	It has an ON switch that is very annoying. After some time (5-10 min) the mouse goes to sleep. It must be woken up by pressing the button below the scroll wheel. If you walk away or pause for 10 minutes you MUST press the button. It seems like I press the dumb button 10x per day. It's not horrible, but it certainly doesn't deserve to be in a 4.5-5 star mouse. I'd give it 3 at most because of this dumb design, and I will probably replace it with something a bit ... smarter.

Answer:	As the other individuals have answered, this mouse does take a double A battery, but please note that the battery compartment is super tight, so a rechargeable battery (eneloop pro's) don't fit into this device. Kind of disappointing, as all I use anymore is rechargeable batteries.

Answer:	Please take out and put in the battery and receiver again.

Answer:	On mine, I had to use an adapter in order to plug in the Bluetooth. After that the mouse should connect after you turn the mouse on.
Question:	what kind of adapter needed with the ps
Answer:	I wouldn’t think that you would need any adapter since the PS4 has USB’s on the front of it. I don’t use a mouse on my PS4.

Answer:	You should be able to bind the keys through ingame to any of the button on the mouse including side buttons
